Here's my point of view
This hotel is a good oasis with an inviting open-plan design, akin to a large, stylish house. The rooms are immaculately maintained and provide an enjoyable experience. The coffee is really good! A lovely mezzanine area for breakfast and snacks adds to its charm, with a great location near shopping and culture.

Modern hotel in the funky style. Functional queen room with great view, coffee and a balcony. Incredibly welcoming people working here. Incredible and magnificent location, a short walk from a performing arts theater. Walking distance to shopping streets and supermarkets across the street. 15 minutes' walk to the train station. The property of choice in Perth.
Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Couple seeking a laid-back vibe should check it out
The rooftop terrace has some fine views of the city, and it felt great just hanging there with a drink in hand. Not to mention, the rainfall shower was a game changer after long days.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still okay.

I was really impressed by the staff at this place, friendly and super helpful! The breakfast spread wasn't just average, they had the best Vegemite scrolls I've ever tasted!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable.

The Queen Room was pretty comfy, and I loved the bed! The hotel vibe was super cool, and the breakfast was really good with fresh options. One downside was the street noise though-it was so loud I had to use earplugs, kind of a bummer. Still, it was a fun spot to hang out!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Northbridge where we enjoyed the vibrant arts scene. Our kids loved the fun communal spaces, especially the breakfast area with fresh pastries and yogurt. It was a perfect place for our family of five.
My wife says that a fridge in the room would be great.
